  • BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management provides administrative oversight of leases, accounting management of your contracts, and acts as your representative vis-à-vis tenants and external organisations (authorities, co-ownership structures…)
  • A constantly changing legislative environment, all legal obligations are managed by your Property Manager with the support of a dedicated legal team. Dispute management, works compliance and verifying that authorisations are obtained can also be an integral part of our rental management services.
  • Our Property Managers anticipate changes in rental income and overdue payments. Our service offering is built on a rigorous culture of rental income security and collection that is enhanced by the use of efficient information systems allowing immediate access to the right information;
  • We support tenancy changes (tenant arrivals and departures) with a permanent view to protecting your interests (restoration work, preliminary move-out inventories, etc.).

To ensure long-term leases and optimised rents, our approach also entails helping you retain your tenants. We support them on a daily basis to best meet their needs.
